1. Where can I purchase your jewelry?
A: You can find my agent at select dog shows and view & purchase items on display, (she also takes orders at dog shows)
You can contact me direct and place your order. Once in a while I will offer some items on ebay, but this is not the norm. (more so for the holidays or charity)

2. Do you accept credit cards?
A: I only accept credit cards through Paypal. With Paypal I never see your information and there is no charge to you. I pay processing and handling fees. I also accept your "good personal check".
3. Can you make any breed?
A: Yes, I make all breeds and all clips. I even make items of Mix breeds. Photos are welcome by snail mail.
4. What are your creations made from?
A: Many of my items are started on an acrylic base. Most of them are coated with PORCELENEX. This gives it a porcelain feel and weight. Some items are just made from porcelenex, which is stronger than porcelain. Some are made from acrylic with built up layers, like many of the earrings. 98% of my creations have a bit of a sparkle and a final glass-like glaze. I use many real semi precious stones and real glass beads for the beaded necklaces. Your creation will have design and substance. I am also working with polymer clay again, enamel paints and resins. You will receive more attention than with real gold, at a fraction of the cost. (check out Pricing & ordering)
5. Did you invent porcelenex mosaic style dog and animal jewelry?
A: Yes I did. I came up with the idea of a colorful, whimsical, and durable art to wear product in approx. 1996. It goes through many processes. Before that I was doing hand painted faux enamel pins and necklaces since the 1980's.
I have been painting animals since around 12 years old and created various jewelry and pewter projects in high school. My work is not mass produced, but lovingly handcrafted one at a time here in Afton TN. (formerly from Ct.) Most of my creations are unique and not readily found.
6. Do you just do dogs and cats?
A: No, I do most animals. I am not limited. I have done Sheep, Horses, Goats, Llama, Sugar Gliders, Mice, Frogs, Lizards, koi, and snakes. Any thing that my client wants in jewelry or small decoratives. Plus I create a pretty line of beaded jewelry. And once again, I am working in polymer clay.

7. Can I pick my colors on the mosaic style jewelry creations? Or on any other item? Can you work from my photo?
A: Yes you can. I give you say in your creation. We work together. On custom paintings, I prefer photos by snail mail so I can capture dogs true colors & markings. For mosaics you can visit my online color chart by "clicking here".
8. Do you discount?
A. Yes, I can without a middleman. Multiple item discount (4+), Rescue, dog clubs, etc. Please inquire. Sometimes I offer free mailing in USA. Sometimes my experimental items or creations I call "seconds" are available on my "for sale page". Sometimes I offer items made especially for the ebay community. 9. Do you love what you do?
A: YES, unless I get a 24 piece rush order and customer wanted it yesterday!
10. If I order an item as a gift, will you drop ship for me?
A: Yes I will. Just remember I need a minimum of 6 weeks notice. Due to some health restrictions, I cannot work in my studio every day. Just give me a call. 423-636-1918 10am-10pm Eastern time
